Title Application 2026- (for financial members only)

Please submit the form below if you wish to apply for a title award to be presented at the Christmas breakup Thursday, 10th December 2026. Note only one award per dog, no matter how many titles they have gained.

You must meet the following Criteria:

• Having gained a title  between 4th October 2025 to 5th October 2026

• Dog must have attended at least 12 weeks of training since Oct 2025. (If you are an instructor and your dog has not attended enough weeks, but you have carried out your instructor duties, please email the committee) Or if you are unsure or have a question, please email the committee. k9agilityclub@gmail.com.au

• Titles must be ANKC Agility, Jumping, Games or Tricks (no other disciplines) 

• Must be a financial member of K9 Agility Club Inc.

If your dog gained a title and does not fit the above criteria & you would still like an award, please contact the Committee to make arrangements to purchase the award as a keepsake.
